dehydrating the air

My conclusion is that my mom cannot cook, except for traditional chinese soups. I've learned how to make a couple of them - the same herbal remedies that have been passed on generation to generation for how many thousands of years. But she tells me, "what use is learning how to make these soups if I cannot find someone who will drink them". lol, but no one likes to eat her regular cooking... which consists of pan-fried spam, eggs and rice... OR microwaveable foodstuffs. blargh. Whatever the case, she's not cooking tonight so that means chicken cacciatore for dinner!
