My goodness, my head hurts. I was sticking up posters all over campus and handing out purple ribbons all yesterday morning. December 6th is the National Day of Remembrance and Action on Violence Against Women in Canada. This marks the anniversary of the murders of 14 women at l'Ecole Polytechnique de Montreal in 1989 because they were women.
Violence is a reality - it goes beyond gender, sexual orientation, social status, race, religion, etc. What will you do to end violence?
