I feel and look like utter crap right now.
I'm going to explore some of the endowment land trails despite being told never to go trail running alone. The tires on both my bikes at home have flats and I want to run before it gets too cold to do so. Time to get my lard ass moving.

vincent d'onofrio is an underrated actor. he made an obscure film long long ago that i saw my accident called 'guy'. no one has apparently seen it, except me. if you find it, it's a great great film.
by the by, i'm really very joking. you did hit hard, but so did i. it was a symbiotic relationship that i thoroughly enjoyed, only to be interrupted by the uncouth man hands of one m.beaty.

Vincent D'onofrio... does the movie you're talking about involve a crazy sex scene and a dude being followed around? I think I saw screen caps but I might be wrong, never saw it though - I'll keep a heads up for it. bitte-schon for the suggestion :)
