chasing the invisible dragon
[currently listening to: zerbo dB - anything's possible]
A shit load of cue cards later...
this is ridiculous information overload.
I am going to EXPLODE.
medications. I wish there was only 1 name for a drug, not 10 zillion.
on the upside, I learned how to perform different kinds of enemas in lab yesterday. woooo!
A litre of fluid up your bum bum... can you hold it? my worst fear is having a patient just let go and explode all over the place. I don't know how porn stars still manage to do ass to mouth... it's a mouthful of butt bacteria no matter how much you douche.
this halloween, I want to be a broccoli.
anyone want to be hollandaise sauce?

Woah.
Just woah.
Ooh, and I had my first anatomy lab this week! Got to move joint specimens, and pull on ligaments to see fingers move. The hip joint rocks. Plus, museum of anatomy! I stayed behind to keep drawing... so many amazing things to see, though it's creepy drawing some of the heads, because they look back at you.... ooga booga.
The med students get to carry around their own personal skull in a box... well, you know what I mean. So cool. Then I faked being a med student and got a free water bottle... oh yeah.
Do you get a skull in a box?
Ahhhh cool! A skull in a box?! I wish I had a skull in a box, lol.
Did you see any infant skeletons? They're sooo bizarre. I love anatomy and natural history museums!
There was one, but it was laid all flat... looked like a bone collage. But there were fetus specimens for the different stages of development, which were bizarre, beautiful and sad all at once. It was amazing to see a tiny tiny human the size the tip of your thumb, or rather, your 1st distal phalange... wow, I've been studying for a while - midterm tomorrow!
