I smell sex and candy
like sitting idle on some friday evening
hand limply holding that glass of scotch
Listening to Marcy Playground.
-----------
Today wasn't too bad. Slept in and leisurely made my way to school with track 5 on repeat. I got some pretty odd looks on my way, heh - hooray for elevator music and drumming. Chemistry's that hiding pervert in the shadows. Decided to join a club out of desperation... and chose cycling. Too many scary Chinese clubs mongering around for my comfort. Oh... and beer garden events? guh. I stayed away from political affiliations despite my curiosity... that included them pro-choice groups. I'm vulnerable and easily influenced so I just took buttons. Green Party anyone? I was hoping to see the Rhino party functioning somewhere too... Willow's button is too cool.
Wassily's adorning my wall quite handsomely I think (although I prefered another)
I'm actually looking forward to mountain biking now, though I might end up breaking something, lol. Who knows.. maybe I'll hate it.
Anywhoo, I'm off - ciao

"So why did I do it? I could offer a million answers, all false. The truth is that I'm a bad person, but that's going to change, I'm going to change. This is the last of this sort of thing. I'm cleaning up and I'm moving on, going straight and choosing life. I'm looking forward to it already. I'm going to be just like you: the job, the family, the fucking big television, the washing machine, the car, the compact disc and electrical tin opener, good health, low cholesterol, dental insurance, mortgage, starter home, leisurewear, luggage, three-piece suite, DIY, game shows, junk food, children, walks in the park, nine to five, good at golf, washing the car, choice of sweaters, family Christmas, indexed pension, tax exemption, clearing the gutters, getting by, looking ahead, to the day you die." --Renton

On a monday afternoon
Less than an hour to kill so I'm just going to hang around here. I think I need a new backpack because my shoulders are starting to hurt... *sigh* such a reality, lol. It's been over 8 years with this bag... but it's time to part. Campus is crawling with business as usual..it's club week so it's impossible to cozy up in a corner somewhere. lol, I never realized how many transients hang out here for warmth and sleep.
Anyone interested in Advocacy for Jesus or Clouds? I don't know what to join... we'll see. So many beer gardens, what do you do??? Maybe next year.
I think I'm going to buy the Amelie soundtrack... some girl's playing the piano next to me and it's beautiful... I think I'm going to spend more time corresponding by mail.... even though personalized e-mails are nice. I think a change in physical form is more special and personal. Anyone want to drop their mailing addresses?

"Do you, dirty little boy?"
"Do you, dirty little boy?" (I swear it's kram, Version 2.0!)
I rediscovered my Aphex Twin CD and realized how much I miss the music. Richard D James is beyond brilliant in the construction of progressive IDM. If it weren't for him, much of the basic electronic beats to current pop and rave/club beats wouldn't be in existence... even if the majority of the stuff is nonsensical crap noise. Here's to artistic experimentation. *cheers*
I think it's just a matter of time before I pick up my Mr. Oizo again :)... danke to Machala and Mark for such a crazy christmas present, lol - it certainly set the stage for my quirkiness and oddity to grow. Is Ooosh still alive?
In other news, Memoirs of a Geisha is being made into a movie directed by Steven Spielberg. Yes, it's going to have the typical Spielberg touch, especially appealing to those who have never read or is unfamiliar with all things that are geisha. I think it's going to be silly... the majority of characters aren't even Japanese... they're just taken from films like Hero or Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon - for the sake of being a big name and maybe drawing more viewers. Sorry Matsumomo... I was kinda looking forward to the bitchiness, lol.

Here we go
As of current, the Russian math teacher is so quirky in a way I like it, lol. "You can use math to calculate the bald spot of a hairy golfball... or obtaining tuna fish from a can without opening it using math." I also quite enjoy the bio lab... the t.a. is this young guy with a huge french accent who researches tropical honey bees. Aside from that, all the other classes are buh. Still trying to comprehend the fact that we're made of wave particles and possess the ability of being everywhere at once because of them fuzzy waves. Oh, we can also "eat" light apparently.
laugh riot 101.
I saw Mark Shapka today... he hasn't changed one bit. Gave rides to a bunch of people after class and felt a sudden pang of missing Explorations. .. well, just a little bit. Kinda missed singing those poetry songs for group presentations... from whutchamacallit, the Halloween Huddle and Building a Mystery. Heh, and the sudden eruptions in the backroom. I miss Machala.
